Luxury Install new client form

Please note that all New client are required to complete the below form before booking.

Deposits:

All appointments deposits are non-refundable. 50% deposit is required for all new client services. A 30% deposit is required for all returning client services.

Tardiness:

To provide the highest level of of service to all clients, we ask that you are on time for your scheduled appointment. After 15 min grace period, there will be a $50 late fee. After 30 min your appointment will be canceled and full payment amount is charged.

Rescheduling:

As a reminder all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. in the event that you need to reschedule we require you to call us at 484-414-4906 within 24 hours of your appointment time.

Cancellations and No-Show:

If your appointment is canceled less than 24 hours of your appointment time, the full service amount is rendered. Any No call No show appointment will be charged the full service amount.
